Gilbane Conference Refund Policy

A full refund minus a processing fee or a full credit to a future Gilbane conference will be given to all cancellations received on or before the date 25 days prior to the first day of the conference. The full amount paid minus a $75 processing fee will be refunded.

No refund will be issued or a full credit to a future Gilbane conference for cancellations received less than 25 days before the first day of the annual conference. Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency only will be considered o a case-by-case basis.

All cancellations must be sent in writing via fax, e-mail or regular mail to the conference registrar. Please fax or email cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within two days.
